As a small production, family-run winery, Baiocchi Handcrafted Wines produces high quality, small lot wines from the grapes we grow ourselves on our estate in Fairplay, California. The rocky, granitic composition of the hillsides, warm days and cool evening breezes nurture our twelve acres of fruit and form the foundation of the end product: elegant wines handcrafted in the Southern Rhone and Duero / Priorat tradition.
Our hand-crafted, limited production wines are available only through a yearly allocation to our members. Wine Allocation members receive advance notice of our new releases and have access to wines held exclusively for members.
