  Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2004 vintage is the most luscious, elegant and sophisticated cabernet sauvignon that we have produced to date. Like yin and yang the-buxom ripe fruit is perfectly balanced against the gentle, dusty tannins, resulting in a wine that will cause you to wax lyrical from the first sip. Winemaker Jill Davis has gone all out with this ethereal cab, transforming mundane grape juice into – dare we say it? Yes! -- ambrosia, nectar of the gods.
  Sauvignon Blanc
This golden wine features a mouth-watering array of bold, tropical fruit flavors with a slight hint of hay. Awarded 90 points by The Wine Enthusiast and described by wine critic Anthony Dias Blue with one simple word: “Yum!” If you think Grace Kelly exuded class and sophisticated on the big screen, the 2005 Sauvignon Blanc “Sesquipedalian” will knock your patrician socks off.
