  Cabernet Sauvignon - Bacchus Vineyard
Our first single vineyard wine. It has 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Syrah from the historic Bacchus VIneyard. The Cabernet Sauvignon is from old vines planted in 1970, the Syrah from 15 year-old vines. Aged in 20 months in 90% new French Oak. This wine has great depth and complexity, more elegant than the '02 Columbia Valley Cab..
  Columbia Valley Cabernet Franc
This is the wine everyone loved when we showcased it as a barrel sample at the Holiday Wine Fest last December. To be released at the Spring Barrel Tasting, May , 2005. Our mailing list members will have an opportunity to pre-order the wine in April.
  Red Mountain Merlot
Red Mountain is Washington State’s smallest Apellation but is prized by wine makers and drinkers for the ripe intense fruit produced there. Our 2002 Merlot is no exception. A complex nose of dark jammy fruits with hints of spice and chocolate gives way to a mouthfeel that is wonderfully balanced and well structured. The wine’s toasted finish just lingers on and on…. This is not a wine for the timid but you can enjoy it now in its youth and savour it in a couple years as it matures. We do suggest that you decant this wine so it can open up to reveal its true breadth of aroma and flavors. The wine is a blend of 95% Merlot from Artz Vineyard, 4% Cabernet Franc from Chelle den Pleasant and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon from Pepperbridge and Bacchus Vineyards.
  Red Mountain Merlot
This is a wine that suprised us. It is 100% Merlot from 3 year old vines at the Dwelley Vineyard in Walla Walla. Where the Red Mountain is big and intense, this wine is elegant and gentle. It has a nose of black rasberry with a hint of Vanilla and spices. The mouth gives you chocolate, cherry and a complexity that defies the young age of the vines. Only 55 cases are available to the public as the balance has been allocated.
  Rough Justice
This is a Syrah-based blend of wines composed of 55% Syrah from Bacchus Vineyard, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from Seven Hills, 20% Merlot from Spring Valley and Red Mountain and a touch of Cabernet Franc.
  Sauvignon Blanc - Klipsun Vineyard
Klipssun has been rated as one of the top 25 vineyards in the World. We were fortunate to receive an allocation of 1 ton of these grapes in 2005. The wine is melon-like with almost tropical notes and a grapefruity briskness. The wine's sense of richness is given a boost by its slight edge of sweetness. The wine was fermened with a special yeast developed in Spain for hot climate sauvignon Blanc. As a result, we were able to let the grapes hang a little longer and the flavors, aromas and bouquet are sensational. If you enjoy wines in the New Zealand style we think this a wine for you.
  Walla Walla Valley Syrah
If you attended last years Spring Barrel Tasting, you know all about this wine. This is a lovely Syrah with just a touch of Viognier to add the complexity of a floral component. The grapes are 90% from Morrison Lane Vineyard in Walla Walla and 10% from the Bacchus Vineyard at Sagemoor Farms. The wine has a beautiful ruby color and an aroma and flavors of spice and berries with a long finish whispering of chocolate. True to its Northern Rhone roots, the wine has "grip" that will melt away with bottle age. With just over 100 cases produced, we expect this wine may sell out upon release.
