Ben's Tune Up is proud to release Ben's Beer! Because we are small batch brewing, we are in the position to use the finest and purest ingredients—along with our brewers creative skills—to produce some of the most unique and tasty beers you’ll find.
Our current 3 flagships are an Orange Pale Ale, Caramel Amber and Candi Stout. Each of these are classic styles with Jason's own twist with real fruit, herb and spice additions. A lager will soon be added to the standard menu. Other rotating styles have—and will continue to include—a West Coast IPA, Citrus Saison and a Black Goose.
Our saison will continue to evolve through the summer with different fruit and herbal additions. Upcoming saisons will be a Cranberry and Blueberry. We also have a dedicated sour tank for fermenting with Brettanomyces and other bacteria. The first batch coming out will be a Peach Sour Saison on Memorial Day, May 30th for Asheville Beer Week.
