  Apropos,
Apropos is made from 100% Grenache, one of the primary French varietals of the Rhone Valley that is known for producing the finest Rosés in the world. A small amount of residual sugar has been retained during the fermentation to enhance the true varietal flavors. Enjoy this slightly sweet and fruity wine by itself or with a variety of foods.
  Bravo, (Private Reserve)
Bravo is made from 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, the same two grapes as in our Maestro, but in the opposite proportions. The predominant Nebbiolo gives this wine rich earthy aromas and deep, ruby color. The Cabernet Sauvignon lends balance and complexity, and rounds out the lingering finish. The wine was aged in small oak barrels for 14 months and is an excellent choice for char-grilled meats.
  Cresendo, (Private Reserve)
Deep in color and richness, this 100% Petite Sirah wine is a fine representation of the Cresendo name, which we reserve for only the best vintages of Petite Sirah. In fact, this is only the second Cresendo we have ever released. This is a wine that proudly follows our legendary 1997 Cresendo.
  Grenache, (Private Reserve)
This is a French style red wine that was produced from different clones of 100% Grenache grapes. The wine was aged in small oak barrels to produce a round and luscious varietal character. This is a thoroughly enjoyable wine with a classic Grenache spice that pairs nicely with mildly-spiced white meats (pork or chicken).
  Maestro, (Private Reserve)
Maestro is a master composition of two great varietals, 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Nebbiolo. It was aged in small oak barrels for over 14 months. Our "flagship wine" for Belle Marie Winery, Maestro has intense dark fruit flavors with spicy and berry aromas and a nice smooth finish. It drinks very well now, and will continue to age gracefully for years to come.
  Merlot, (South Coast AVA)
When our friends at Escondido Sunrise Vineyard offered their elegant 2004 Merlot fruit to us, we had to say, "Yes!" The wine was aged in new American oak, adding structure and complexity to complement the natural red and black cherry fruit character and subtle grassy tones of the grape. A great wine option for red meats and milder Italian dishes, this wine also pairs well with roasted chicken.
  Merlot, Late Harvest,
  Prelude,
Made from 100% Grenache, a grape known for its sweet, fruity nature and low tannins, we left 2.8% residual sugar in this Prelude to produce a soft, easy-drinking style. Rich strawberry and sweet cherry flavors abound. Prelude is wonderful served chilled as an aperitif, or paired with your favorite spicy appetizers or main course.
  Rhapsody—Raspberry Sparkling Wine
A wonderful sparking wine with a hint of raspberry. Our Rhapsody is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and is infused with natural raspberry extract for a wonderfully fruity nose and flavor. This is a very unique and special champagne to serve at your wedding, brunch, party, or just for YOU to enjoy.
  Santé,
Santé is an appropriate name for this wine, as it means "cheers" in French. This wine was made from 70% Tempranillo and 30% Syrah and was aged in small French oak barrels for 14 months to produce a complex and well-balanced wine. On the palate, the soft "red fruit" character of the Tempranillo is followed by the earthy rich finish of the Syrah.
  Syrah, (Private Reserve)
Syrah is a grape known or its intense fruit flavors; spicy, berry aromas; and long aging ability. This Syrah is phenomenal... definitely our best Syrah yet! The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels. Round and complex, this Syrah is a beautiful accompaniment to red meats, roasted chicken, and aged cheeses.
  Tempranillo, (Private Reserve)
Tempranillo, while little known in the United States, is one of the world's most renowned grapes. The Spanish native is best known for producing the great red wines of the Rioja region. Our Tempranillo lives up to its proud heritage. The wine is incredibly smooth and loaded with fruit. A strong backbone of soft tannins have produced a wine that drinks well young, but will also age gracefully for years. Pair it with a flavorful paella for a perfect match in the style of its homeland.
  Viognier,
This delicious, full-bodied Rhone varietal character is emphasized with no oak application throughout fermentation or aging, thereby allowing Viognier's crisp, food-friendly nature to dominate. The complex, intense, tropical flavors of apricot, pineapple, grapefruit and guava are nicely integrated throughout the palate, with a rich mouth feel and a pleasant, lingering finish.
  Vouvray,
Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, our Vouvray is named after the small town of Vouvray, in the Loire Valley of France, that specializes in the growing of Chenin Blanc grapes. This French varietal has been transplanted to the Guadalupe Valley where it flourishes to produce a fruity wine, with just a hint of residual sugar. It's sure to tickle your fancy served at picnics, poolside, or anytime.
  Zinfandel, (Private Reserve)
This is a unique Zinfandel, a blend of 80% Zinfandel, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Nebbiolo. The classic Zinfandel flavors of fruit and spice is evident with cinnamon, clove and allspice elements, along with dark berry in the mid-palate,and finishing with a hint of black pepper. Our Zin is an excellent choice with lighter meat dishes, such as chicken or pork, as well as classic all-American fare such as cheeseburgers or pizza.
