Kilaurwen Winery, LLC, is an intergenerational family enterprise. Since 1994, we have grown wine grapes for many of Virginia's finest wineries and still do. In recognition of the family orientation, we named the vineyard, and now winery, after our three daughters--Kimberlee, Laura, and Wendy-- though we really like the Gaelic lilt to the name (part of the family heritage, too). Perhaps it is an overreaction to the "empty nest" syndrome, but we shifted some of the time, love, and attention from our girls to the vineyard. We hope you like and enjoy the results and come by to visit.

Cabernet Franc
Deep garnet in color with a vibrant bouquet of plum & cherry. Well-balanced tannins with dark fruit giving way to a lingering, spicy finish.

Fiesta Red
This off-dry wine has an intensely rich color with aromas of raspberry & violet, which give way to layered flavors of honey, dark cherry, & raisin. Serve at room temp or chilled. Good Sangria base, too.

Fiesta White
A beautiful pale straw color with floral aromas and layers of apricot, honey, white peach, and citrus. Bright acidity with a long, clean, crisp finish.
