‘V'
The white ‘V' color is reminiscent of Aztec gold with a fragrance of pineapple, grapefruit, and pear. Slightly sweet, it finds a cordial home with snacks, cheese, and light spicy dishes, such as Thai or zechwan Chinese.
|
Cheval Blanc
The Cheval Blanc is a crisp, yet soft, dry wine reminiscent of pink grapefruit, inviting its pairing with lovely cream sauces, lightly sautéed fish, or light meat dishes.
|
Cynthiana
The signature red Cynthiana is fermented dry, opening its bouquet of cherry and plum with a hint of pepper. Light tannin structure makes this wine a versatile selection for meals from pasta to barbeque.
|
Maria
Maria is a very special, sweet red wine made from Cynthiana grapes, with the aroma of sweet cherries and cranberries, it pairs well with smoked meats, or add orange slices, strawberries, pineapple and a dash of soda to create an exciting Sangria!
|
Royale
For dessert, Royale is left unfiltered to retain every lush element the grape has to offer. Velvety soft on the palate, its flavors mingle lovingly with rich dark chocolate.
|
Soleil
Soleil, with its dominant raspberry flavor, complimented by blackberry, plum, and peaches is done in a refreshing yet sweet dessert style that marries well with cheesecake or white chocolate.
