  Cabernet Franc & Merlot
This wine is fashioned from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes grown in our estate Vineyards. This wine is 70% Ccabernet Franc and 30% Merlot. This dry, full bodied wine is fermented in the stainless steel tanks.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Allow some time for this big wine to open up. Initial aromas of fresh-baked bread and olives give way to sweet oak, big blueberry, black Sumatra coffee and cocoa with a pinch of white pepper. Also look for a Bordeaux background of green tea and lavender, and a smooth clove finish. Rich tannins will allow the integration of coffee, toast and green olive flavors to continue to improve with cellaring. — Winemaker David Georges.
  Chardonnay
"This is a perfectly balanced Chardonnay. Bits of cream, hints of oak, and bright green apples. " — Winemaker David Georges.
  Fume Blanc
"This is a clean, crisp wine that is true to the traditional characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal. Aromas of apricots. peaches and key lime leap from the glass, with a hint of grass in the background. The mouthfeel is full, round and tangy. Strong flavors of apricot, kiwi, peach, lychee and lime are joined by young pineapple. A long splash of a finish. This wine has a strong, lean, natural acid structure that makes it a perfect match for either spicy food or rich seafood dishes." — Winemaker David Georges.
  Merlot
A big, rich wine reminiscent of Pomerol merlots, the coolest region of Bordeau. Well-balanced structure between acid, body, tannins and alcohol. Great aging potential. Opens fast with vibrant blueberries and subtle garden scents of sage and other herbs. White pepper and coffee. — Winemaker David Georges.
  Pinot Noir
Bright aromas of Bing cherry and cola are set upon a backdrop of fresh baked bread and fruit blossoms. In the mouth the wine?s soft velvet tannins set the stage for the lively acids, waves of cherries, cocoa, and cinnamon. — Winemaker David Georges
  River Bend Pinot Noir
"This is a gentle-bodied wine, with a cherry-cobbler aroma, hints of rosemary and loam on the palate, and a smoky finish that lingers." — Winemaker David Georges.
  Zinfandel
This grapes in this wine come from the Nova Vineyard in Lake County. The vines are heritage clones that are over 35 years old. This Zinfandel is very fruity, and not peppery. The wine has a hint of Cherry Pie flavor. Cooked cherries with slight cinnamon and allspice taste. One year in French oak barrels provides added complexity and a long, smooth finish
