Holy City Brewing has begun production at their new facility in Park Circle. This 30-barrel four-boiler brewhouse boasts 120-barrel fermenter vessels and brite tanks, and will allow us to brew the beers you love at a much higher volume, and that roughly translates to more HCB beers for everyone to enjoy! This spot off of Aragon Avenue used to be an old city building, but we’ve gutted it and outfitted the structure to be a brewhouse fit for a king. As for right now, this facility will be closed to the public and solely used for crafting more delicious ales and lagers, what you’ve come to expect of us over the years.
