Micro-bin fermented and hand-punched, then aged in new French oak barrels for more than two years, this decadent vintage bursts with aromas of coffee, chocolate, and oak and resonates with flavors of dark berries, black plums, and hints of tobacco. Full-bodied with velvety tannins and a long, smooth finish, our premier labor of love is best enjoyed with Osso Buco, roasted squab, charbroiled steaks, or hearty pasta dishes.

Our Blue Label 2003 Cabernet is a naturally-fermented, small-lot wine that was barrel-aged for 26 months in new French oak. We hand selected the grapes for this decadent vintage from our lower vineyard, thus giving it a smooth, supple body with rich, fruity tones and a long, full finish.

Naturally fermented and aged for more than 18 months in new French oak barrels, this vintage presents a sweet, floral bouquet with underlying hints of raspberries and cherries. Created by grapes culled exclusively from the winery’s rear vineyard, our 2003 Cabernet is an excellent table wine with a lighter body and a higher acidity, making it the perfect companion to cheese, crusty breads, afternoon picnic fare, or BBQ.

Our premier white wine release is a well-balanced, light wine made from 70% Clarksburg Albarino grapes, 20% Livermore Valley Sauvignon Blanc, and an added touch of Pinot Grigio and Muscat. Fermented in stainless-steel barrels (rather than wood), this very unique vintage has the crisp structure of a Pinot Grigio and explodes with aromas of peach and mango. The clean, vibrant flavor wakes up the palate and makes this wine the perfect accompaniment to seafood.
