We are very excited about this well-balanced cabernet franc with a black cherry and raspberry intro. This wine is wine has well integrated tannins with a touch of cedar box and light tobacco nuances with a lingering vanilla finish. Aged for 18 months in French chateaux barrels. 2085

This wine was produced from our hillside vineyards. This is a young wine with a dark ruby color, fresh fruit forward of raspberry/plum with a touch of vanilla on the finish.

This wine has personality! It is medium-bodied with a black cherry/dark berry nose. Good balance with medium tannins with a lingering fruit finish. It was aged two years in French oak chateau barrels. 75% cabernet sauvignon, 25% cabernet franc.

This structure between tannins and fruit, also gives this wine a long aging potential. This wine in many ways resembles our 1986 vintage. It has an elegant bouquet of cedar and chocolate. Earthy, medium-bodied with nuances of fresh rose petal and cherry. 2000 cases total production.

A deep garnet full-bodied wine, with an elegant bouquet offering nuances of cedar. The wine projects the fine distinction of black currant and black berry with a smooth, elegant, lingering finish. This wine that can be enjoyed now as well as in the years to come. In June of 1999 the vineyards were hit by damaging frost and as a result Georis Winery produced. 200 cases total production of this truly elegant wine.

With proper cellaring this wine should age well in the the 2020’s. This vintage shows the great depth and elegance that Georis Merlot is known for. 757 cases total production.

This is our 6th vintage of Sauvignon Blanc. We feel that the 2004 is our best to date. This wine has all of the finesse and complexities that Sauvignon Blanc can offer. This wine is elegant and crisp, with a light tropical fruit in the finish. It is barrel fermented in French chateau barrels.
