Slagle Creek Vineyards is a small winery located in the beautiful Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. We have been growing wine grapes for over 25 years and started our winery in 2001. The Applegate Valley has an ideal climate of mild winters and warm summers for growing wine grapes and we are excited to be a part of the growing wine industry in Southern Oregon. Each bottling reflects the character of our Applegate appellation and our attention to detail in producing great fruit. We currently grow chardonnay, merlot and syrah grapes. We farm at low yields to produce the best grapes for our wines. All of the vineyards we work with are dedicated to producing superb fruit for each of our vintages. We began selling wine in 2001 and each year we have sold out every wine. We are please that you can join us on our web site

Chardonnay
This is not a typical Chardonnay wine. It’s crisp apple character is refreshing and perfect for year around parties and dinners. Enjoy it with pork tenderloin and pear chutney.

Claret
60% merlot, 25% cabernet franc 15% cabernet This wine has soft tannins and the essence of blackberry, current and mocha. Taste it with braised ribs and roasted vegetables.

Deep, ripe cherry flavors with a hint of chocolate on this finish. Perfect with your prime rib dinner.
