Broad Run Vineyards is a small estate winery located in Jefferson County, Kentucky that is operated by three generations of the Kushner~Hyatt family. In the classic tradition of Old World Wineries, the emphasis at Broad Run Vineyards is on the careful nurturing of quality grapes that yield naturally well balanced, fine table wines. The Vineyard was established in 1984 and the first commercial vintage (1992) was released in 1994. Broad Run Vineyards is a true Estate Winery.

Directions
From Louisville I-64: Take I-64 East to the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265 S), exit 19A. Go south on I-265 to exit 19- Billtown Road (KY 1819). Go south on Billtown Road about 1/2 mile until road ends. Turn right on Seatonville Rd. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left on Broad Run Road. Broad Run twists and turns for about 3 miles. Broad Run Vineyards is on the left. From Louisville I-65: Take I-65 South to the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265). Go east on I-265 to exit 19- Billtown Road (KY 1819). Go south on Billtown Road about 1/2 mile until road ends. Turn right on Seatonville Rd. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left on Broad Run Road. Broad Run twists and turns for about 3 miles. Broad Run Vineyards is on the left. From Lexington I-64: Go west to the Gene Snyder Expressway (I-265), then follow directions from Louisville I-64 above.

Chambourcin
Dry red. Chambourcin is a French-American hybrid and makes a wine that goes well with steak or pizza. Aged in Minnesota oak.

Very big, rich, velvety. Gets better with age. Crisp, clean, fresh.

Foch
This is a good entry-level red wine. We recommend it to our customers who are not ready for a Cabernet.

Gewurztraminer
A unique, exotic, dry white with a distinctive flavor and aroma. On the 50 Toasts of the Nation menu at the Hilton Resort and Spa in Lake Tahoe, and on the wine list at Spiaggia in Chicago.
