When we opened Uptown Market back in December of 2011, we were excited about the prospect of what this place could do. Loaded amongst all those pipe dreams of delusional grandeur, was “We really want to have a brewery”. Almost 2 full years later, after months of sweat, toil, hair pulling, red tape and constant delays, that delusion became true. November 30th, 2013 we officially turned on Uptown Market Brewery. A truly special thanks goes out to all those who made this possible; friends, family, our patrons, fellow brewers lending us their time and advice, and to all those who donated to our brewery campaign to help up get the brewery up and running.
