Hawk's Shadow Winery is located deep in the Texas Hill Country, and yet is just 30 miles from downtown Austin. Hawk’s Shadow is run with the same hardworking spirit of those who first carved a life from the limestone plateaus of Central Texas. This uniquely Texan terroir produced men and women of strong character and uniqueness, qualities found in the vines grown on the estate. We craft a portfolio of Texas wines featuring our own estate varietals, and warm climate grapes carefully chosen from Texas growers.
