Christopher Bridge Cellars

Christopher Bridge Cellars Christopher Bridge produces small quantities (100-200 cases) of premium quality Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris in the European style. Since 2001, our family-owned Satori Springs Vineyard, located 20 miles south of Portland on the east side of the Willamette Valley, has produced four vintages of organically and bio-dynamically tended fruit which winemaker Chris Camarda of Andrew Will Winery on Vashon Island, Washinton State, vinifies for the Christopher Bridge label.

  Anne Louise 2004 Pinot Gris
"Anne Louise", a limited edition 2004 Pinot Gris commemorating Anne Carlberg Camarda and crafted by winemaker Laurent Montalieu from the grapes of Satori Springs Vineyard. A buttery, yet structurally solid, fruit-forward Pinot Gris fermented to dryness. Only 70 cases made.
  Pinot Gris
The 2003 Pinot Gris, nearing its one year anniversay in the bottle cellar, has reached its perfect drinking age. Refreshing crispness and intensity make it a summer favorite for casual as well as fine dining. Fermented to complete dryness with absolutely no oak, it bears the classic attributes of its noble European namesakes, Alsatian Pinot Gris and Italian Pinot Grigio, allowing nose and palate to focus on its pure apple, pear and citrus flavors.
  Pinot Noir
Somewhat restrained in its introduction, a nose of earthy forest floor and cedar tones provides the background to expressive wild blackberry and cherry fruit flavors on the mid-palate before the finish gains in complexity with hints of old cedar and red plum.
  Reserve Pinot Noir
Our recently released 2003 Reserve Pinot Noir, though still very young, is already revealing its exceptional character. This unique wine, crafted of 100% free-run Pinot Noir juice and indigenous yeasts, comprises concentrated fruit character interspersed with subtle aromas of spice, coffee, toast and vanilla. A super full, yet elegant wine with a long lasting finish. Recommended cellaring: 5-8 years.
