Cabernet Merlot -
53% Cabernet Sauvignon and 47% Merlot from the 2002 vintage. A soft and easy sipping red wine. Flavors of cassis, chocolate, and light sweet oak are followed with a bouquet to match. This wine is made for early consumption and is in the medium intense style. 1320 cases were produced.

Cabernet Sauvignon -
Deep extracted and abundantly fruity, the ripe and rich spicy oak nose is succeeded by full and concentrated flavors that show the continuity in depth and character with the wines impressive aromatic beginning. Moderately full bodied, and well-balanced, drinkable now and the promising development to last for 7 to 8 years in your cellar. Open 1 to 2 hours before serving. 1800 cases produced.

Chateau Yakima -
Our premium red wine is a Bordeaux blend of four grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon,Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.Aged for three years in new oak, a combination of French, Hungarian and Pa. oak. Aromas of fresh toast, blackberry-raspberry fruit and a bold tannic background with that brown spice typical of the Yakima Valley terroir makes this wine balanced throughout its entire range. Drinkable now & will age for 4 to 5 years. Open 2 hours before serving. 210 cases produced.

John's Port -
A Washington State Port that closely resembles a true Port from Portugal. Yakima River Winery's John's Port is made from 100% Merlot from the Yakima Valley and is rich, bright and very smooth on the tongue. Spice and rich red raspberries dominate the flavor with a chocolate feel following througout. 210 cases produced.

Merlot -
Aromas of smoke and raspberry with a depth and concentration one would not believe, makes this world class Merlot a great value. On the palate, the density and boldness of the fruit carry past the medium big tannins and rich spicy oak, which helps accent the nutmeg, spice of the grape and makes this wine balanced throughout its entire range. Drinkable now, but will age for four to five years. Open 1 to 2 hours before serving. 1800 cases produced.

Shiraz -
Intense blackberry fruit and intriguing sweet spice complexity on the palate with all of the many virtues replayed in the bouquet.Irrepressibly fresh and drinkable young. This wine will enhance spicy foods such as curry, Mexican and Asian. 600 cases produced.

Shiraz Port -
This Washington State Port is spicy, rich and soft. Made from 100% Shiraz grapes grown in the Prosser area of Rosa Plateau. The brown spices and blackberry fruit of the Port follows through in the flavor and the finish. 210 cases produced

Sof Lem -
"A red wine that thinks its white" Sweet loganberries, black peppercorn and a hint of cherry combine in rich and emphatically ripe aromas. Slightly jammy fruit and a very smooth finish on the palate, this youthful, nicely balanced wine, lingers to give the consumers and connoisseurs alike, their money's worth. Serve slightly chilled. Contains no histamines, so the person with reactions to them can enjoy this wine.
