“From the first moment I set foot in a winery, I knew it was where I wanted to be. Mi Sueño is Spanish for ‘My Dream,’ and these wines represent a dream come true for my family and me. In 1975, in search of a better way of life, my parents brought our family to the United States from the Mexican State of Michoacan. Today we are blessed by the opportunity to work for ourselves, doing something we love; making wine, and bottling it under our own label. Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
This premier release of Mi Sueño Cellars’ Cabernet Sauvignon was worth the wait. Indicative of the Terroir of the Coombsville area of Napa, this wine exhibits characteristics of currants, chocolate, licorice, with an unmistakable earthiness that is reminiscent of wines from Bordeaux. With big, ripe, chewy tannins this wine is delightful now, but can be aged for 10-15 years if desired. Subtle oak compliments the richness of this wine and its full body and intense deep purple color are memorable. This wine is sure to please even the most scrupulous Cabernet drinker.

Chardonnay Los Carneros
Our Chardonnay grapes come from the Sonoma side of Los Carneros, a cool growing region highly influenced by the marine climate of the San Francisco Bay. We use three different clones of Chardonnay. We do this to allow ourselves more flexibility in blending, and to give our wine more complexity over all.

Pinot Noir Los Carneros
The Los Carneros appellation is a cool, hilly region that straddles the southern border of the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. It is an ideal environment for growing Pinot Noir because it is often shrouded by fog. At Mi Sueño Winery we make an elegant, complex Pinot Noir that truly reflects the nature of Los Carneros.

Syrah Napa Valley
Syrah, that wonderful big red, is the newest wine in the Mi Sueño portfolio. The fruit for our wine came from two vineyards in the Coombsville district east of the city of Napa. These vineyards differ from each other in many ways, and the grapes we harvest from them compliment each other beautifully.
