Cabernet Franc. A varietal that is usually used for blending in Bordeaux varietals which was our intention at first. We found during our first year of producing Cabernet Franc from this vineyard that we liked it so much we decided to use a little for blending and bottle the rest for your enjoyment and of course, ours! We found this little gem (527 vines) in front of Wente Sparkling Vineyards. We contracted for the entire vineyard (all 527 vines) and have it farmed specifically to our specifications.

Intense cherry fruit abounds your senses with bittersweet cocoa and vanilla lingering. The palate is pleasingly smooth with lush fruit and hints of bay leaf and spice, finishing with firm tannins. Quail Creek Vineyard is located in Crane Ridge. It is owned by our neighbors Bill and Donna Johnson.

This wine was aged sur lie in 100% French Oak. 1/3 new, 1/3 one year and 1/3 two year old barrels. I encouraged malo lactic fermentation and stopped it at a point in which it developed the characteristics we enjoy in a Chardonnay. Still slightly crisp with well- ripened aromas of apples and sweet pears along with complex notes of caramel, vanilla and a dollop of roasted grain. Full in body and balanced.

This fruit forward Merlot has aromas of boyzenberries, raspberries and anise with undertones of vanilla, spice, and toasty oak. One Oak Vineyard is our own estate vineyard and it is farmed to just over 3 tons per acre. It produces full-bodied wines that are well balanced, plush and supple with ripe fruit coming through and a long lingering finish.

This is one huge Syrah! Nicely ripened, blackberry fruit is overlain in the nose by suggestions of pepper and bacon with a full palate of supporting fruit and a lavish of lovely sweet oak.Clark Vineyard is located above the Poppy Ridge Golf Course.

Bacon fat and smoked meats bring forward the fruit of this syrah. 5% Viognier was blended in for spice. Enjoy with like food.

Well-ripened , solid fruited and smelling of rasberries and dried blackberries with a rich, creamy additon of caramel and vanilla bean oak, this Syrah is equally inviting on the palate. It is long and tasty as it finishes.

Blackberry jam and plums on the outset and spicy notes of pepper. This is definitely a huge Zin!
