Humble Monk Brewing Co. Is a family operated craft brewery. Located in the heart of the Northside Neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH. A large portion of the brewery is re-used food grade equipment. Mike, the brew master, has been home brewing for 30+ years. The brewery will do a large variety of beer styles and have a strong focus on Belgian Style beers. Paul, Mike's son, helps run the taproom and administration side of the brewery.
