(512) Brewing Company
|
|
(512) Brewing Company is a microbrewery located in the heart of Austin, brewing for the community using as many local, domestic and organic ingredients as possible. The original practice of small breweries supplying their immediate community has been nearly lost, and with it, the quality that is possible from small handcrafted batches. Our beers are built on old world English and Belgian recipes, but enhanced to celebrate bold domestic ingredients. Made with Austin’s mineral rich water, the (512) beers taste like none other.

(512) Pecan Porter
Nearly black in color, the (512) Pecan Porter is made with US 2-row and Crystal malts along with Baird’s Chocolate and Black malts. Its full body and malty sweetness are balanced with subtle pecan aroma and flavor from locally grown pecans. Yet another true Austin original!

(512) Wit
Made in the style of the Belgian wheat beers that are so refreshing, the (512) Wit is a hazy ale with coriander and domestic citrus peel aromas. 50% US 2-row malted barley and 50% US unmalted wheat and oats make this a light, crisp ale suited well for warmer weather.
