Products

  Blackberry
Our most intense wine. Before bottling, we added a super concentrated blackberry juice which makes this wine very bold.
  Catawba
A delightfully semi sweet wine. It has wonderful tropical fruit flavors such as pineapple and kiwi.
  Catherine’s Blend
This just released wine is slightly sweet and has nice citrus and tropical fruit flavors wrapped around a delicate honey like finish
  Catherine’s Cuvee
A spicy blend of 30% traminette and 70% Vignoles from our 2003 crop. Reminds us of a good gwertz!
  Chambourcin
Nice forward fruit aromas and flavors from extended skin aging greets every glass of this ruby red wine.
  Chardonel
This wine has the essences of nice vanilla from barrel aging, and apple and pineapple from optimum grape growing.
  Joe’s Jammin’ Red 05
A blend of 5 grapes that captures the essence of cherry, raspberry, blueberry and grape.
  Max's Small Batch Red
Whoa? Get it while you can. Incredibly complex! Your first sip will send you into an euphoric daze. The second will cause you to pinch yourself to see if you''re awake. Single barrel bottled. I''m partial to the copper barrel (04-07m+MN) and Laura prefers the good ol'' (04-08m+MN) green cap.
  Painted Red
My second best blend ever! I took a very bold, tannic Zinfandel, a complex Syrah, a soft and supple Chambourcin, and a fruit forward Vignoles and carefully blended them together to create this dynamic red. Vignoles is a white, but did you know most of your expensive Chianti''''s from Italy have a white blended into them?
  Painted White
Barrel aged for 20 months provides incredible complexity with the nice oak wrapped around intense fruit. Confusing enough, we decided to single barrel bottle this gem. I''''m partial to the copper capsule (barrel 04-04-m+OH) whereas Laura finds the black cap (barrel 04-06-mOH) to be the grandest of all.
  Pop’s Port NV
We fermented some of our 2004 vignoles like a red wine, added some red blends from the vineyard as well as brandy and placed it in oak. In 2005 we left a row of chambourcin in the vineyard for extended ripening to add to the port. Red and very complex.
  Rufus Red (Concord)
Whammo! Intense grape aromas and flabors explode out of the glass and into your senses!
  Seyval Blanc 2002
Barrel Aged We barrel aged this wine for 8 months for subtle oak to go with the honey and clove notes
  Snapper White 2001
This wine zings in your mouth as it changes from lime to lemon, to tart green apples and finally to white grapes
  Summer Solstice
A sweeter wine with excellent balance and smoothness to go with a hint of oak from selective barrel aging.
  Summer Solstice Reserve
Barrel aged since February and bottled in October, this complex and very smooth wine is sure to please.
  Terrapin Red
New Minnesota oak combined with a stellar red grape blend from our vineyard creates this incredibly complex wine.
  Traminette
We fully ripened this white wine in the vineyard by painstakingly pulling leaves around every grape cluster. The result: this wine has big, bold fruit with a nice zip of spice.
  Vignoles
Great tropical fruit and excellent intensity await your tastebuds with this captivating white
  Vignoles
A delightful white wine with nice tropical fruit and spice. Enjoy with food or on the porch.
  White Chambourcin
Simply refreshing! Enjoy the intertwining flavors of apple, cherry, strawberry and grapefruit aromas and flavors. Coming soon
  Zinfandel
A carefully fermented and blended with 12% merlot to soften the wine for drinking now. Great tannins and big fruit await you
  Zinfandel Gold
We took our old zin black and zin gold recipes and combined them to make this intense red. The wine has the great combination of cherry, blackberry, and honey aromas and flavors.
