Hunting Creek Vineyards
Hunting Creek Vineyards started in April 2002 with the planting of 100 Merlot, 100 Petit Verdot and 100 Viognier vines. Directed over the years by superb consultants Eric Capps and Jason Murray, Hunting Creek Vineyards expanded to one acre of Petit Verdot, one acre of Viognier and one-half acre of Merlot grapes. We have developed relationships with local vineyards that have diligent viticultural techniques that produce our excellent Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes.

Decadence
This is truly a wine with indulgent character. We ferment our Petit Verdot with Viognier skins and then add 5% of our Viognier wine prior to bottling. The Viognier allows more floral bouquet also reducing some of the harsh tannin characteristics of the Petit Verdot which makes this an exquisite marriage.
Indulgence
This is our blend of our Merlot (75%) with our Petit Verdot (25%). This wine is 75% merlot with 25% petit verdot. The blend of these two wines makes an elegant, smooth wine with a nice finish for those that enjoy a medium to full-bodied red wine
Pure Luck
Our 100% viognier wine comes for our vineyard. It has no residual sugar and partial malolactic fermentation to give it a crisp taste. The apricot, pear, and citrus bouquet highlight this refreshing white wine.
Repentance
Repentance is a light red wine made from 80% Cab Franc grapes grown by Greenwood Vineyards and blended with 20% Cranberry to give it a sweet refreshing taste. This wine has 3% residual sugar wine that could be enjoyed after a meal or by friends that prefer sweeter wines.
Temptation
Our merlot clusters are large, rich, and deep in color. We use a light oak during aging to enhance the flavor of a beautiful grape that makes an excellent wine.
