Ventosa Vineyards, one of the newest wineries in the Finger Lakes, is located on the Northeast shore of Seneca Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region. Ventosa, the Italian word meaning "windy", offers a unique Tuscan setting which brings the ambiance of Tuscany to the Finger Lakes. The friendly atmosphere, premium wine tasting and breathtaking view of Seneca Lake provides an experience you will be sure to enjoy and remember. With its elegant decor & stunning view, Ventosa's banquet room is perfect for your special event. The banquet room has the capacity to seat 350 guests. Large or small, we can accommodate a family gathering, business meeting, or wedding reception. Our mission is Excellence! Cabernet Franc

This barrel-fermented Chardonnay is a blend of 70% Finger Lakes and 30% Long Island grapes which creates a unique Chardonnay expressing apples, pears, and butterscotch with flint undertones.

This Merlot was aged for 20 months in primarily French oak resulting in characteristics of cherry, plum and licorice. This full-bodied dry wine pairs well with Gouda cheese, red meat and dark chocolate.

This New York State Merlot expresses well ripened fruit from an excellent vintage. Flavors of blackberry & licorice pair well with goat cheese, chevre, tenderloin & chocolate soufflé.

100% Estate Fruit. A fruity example of Pinot Noir - raspberry and cherry flavors dominate this well balanced, light-bodied wine. Pairs well with salmon, pork, camembert & brie.

Saggio
Our best barrels from the 2003 vintage. A classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon(45%), Merlot(36%) & Canernet Franc (19%). Rich & inviting. Pairs well with wild game, sharp cheeses & chocolate.

A blend of Vidal (60%) and Riesling (40%), often called "kissings cousins", make this complimentary blend a perfect marriage of pear and citrus flavors.

Vino Bianco
The body of a Chardonnay with the acidity of Vidal and Riesling. An easy drinking white wine for everyday fun. (50% Chardonnay, 40% Vidal, 10% Riesling)
