Blue Eye

Tannin rich, with deep flavors of black current and raspberry, with toast and vanilla from oak barrel aging.

Chardonnay
Ripe fruit and long cool fermentation in small oak barrels gives this white wine a distinct varietal flavor with full complex aroma and bouquet.

Concord Wine
Gentle treatment of this grape produces a pleasant and distinctive rose wine.

DeChaunac
This is truly a wonderful vintage, great fruit, soft finish. This medium sweet wine is truly a ruby red.

A sturdy red wine with full bouquet made from a blend of premium French Hybrid grapes to achieve balance and complexity.

Honey Wine (Mead)
A true diamond in our crown, This very special Mead is produced from golden, sweet, fresh clover honey. Can be served as an appertiff, or as a dessert. Fresh honey flavor, can be served chilled, or heated with spice.

Pink Catawba

Vidal Blanc Ice Wine
These grapes are harvested in the cold of night in early December. Picked and pressed frozen to produce a superb dessert wine. Hints of apricot and pineapple. Valley Vineyards was first in Ohio to produce Ice Wine. (375 ml.)
