ONCO Fermentations is a farm brewery coming to Meetinghouse Road in the Town of Tully, NY (on Rt 281 seconds from NYS Rt 81 Exit 14) in picturesque Southern Onondaga County. We will be brewing classic, experimental, and wild/mixed fermentations for on-premise consumption and to go sales primarily in our “cozy warehouse industrial” tasting room. We are looking at March 2019 for opening. Outdoor seating is planned for summer 2019.
As a farm brewery ONCO will also be offering a rotating selection of beer, wine, cider, mead, and spirits hand selected by us from our favorite friends in fermentation.
While ONCO will look to have an ever changing lineup of food items available to complement our beer provided by food trucks and local businesses, our main focus will be on educating the community about the many flavors of beer, hosting craft beverage and agriculture-related events within our tasting room.
