Gate City Brewing Company was founded in 2013 in Roswell, Georgia. The name is rooted in neighboring Atlanta’s historical moniker as the “Gate City of the New South” due to its reputation as a hub for culture, commerce and transportation. The logo—the phoenix rising—is a testament to the grit, perseverance and sheer will of the city and region alike.
At Gate City we strive to brew beers that embody the very same independent spirit that inspired us to chase our dreams of opening Roswell’s first craft brewery. This is our home, where we’re raising our families, and we see it as a great privilege and tremendous honor to be a part of this community.
