Whistling Springs Brewing Company was established in fall 2017 at Twin Willows Stable in rural Southwest Missouri. The owner, Marine veteran Richard Davis, opened his brewery and taproom for the love of craft beer, and the people who enjoy it. In winter of 2017, he brought the brewing crew behind the gluten-free Dark Hills Brewery, Leigh Nogy, Chris Nogy and Bruce Arnold onboard to brew both traditional and gluten-free signature beers for this most unique farmhouse location. We know that you will find our focus on creativity, experimentation and the unique involvement of the patrons in the process of creating new beers an experience you have not found anywhere else.
