100% Chardonnay

Roussanne component predominant: a slightly nutty nose of honey, spice, and ripe pear. Fat and rich in the mouth, but balanced by moderate acidity, with flavors of honey and clove. A long finish with the spice resonating for 30 seconds. Drinking beautifully now, and should age gracefully for 2-3 years more at least.

The 2002 Côtes de Tablas is a rich, spicy wine, with copious aromas of cherries and raspberries, laced by smoke and spice. The flavors are round, juicy and rich with ripe tannins, a hint of oak, and long, elegant nutmeg finish.

Showing a beautiful balance of earth, spice and fruit, soft, generous tannins, and excellent length. It is just at its peak, and should drink well for the next 3 to 5 years. Try it with lamb, duck, grilled vegetables, rich stews, and pastas.

The 2003 Côtes de Tablas Blanc is an excellent expression of the terrific 2003 vintage, featuring the aromatics of Viognier, the richness of Marsanne, and the crisp acids of Grenache Blanc. Spicy aromas of herbs, stone fruits and minerals are followed in the mouth by apricot flavors, rich texture and a clean, peachy finish.

The 2004 Côtes de Tablas Blanc is Tablas Creek's third national release of its Viognier-based white blend, made in a rich and aromatic style, yet with a clean minerality in the mouth, bright acidity, and a long finish. Like our Côtes de Tablas red, this wine is designed to be ready to drink young: at its peak from the moment of its release.

The 2002 Esprit de Beaucastel is a powerful expression of the excellent 2002 vintage, featuring a ripe, spicy nose of raspberries and blueberries backed by aromas of smoke and saddle leather, an elegant palate of red fruits laced with nutmeg and pepper and a long beautiful finish.

The 2003 Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc is a tremendous expression of the outstanding 2003 vintage. Rich aromas of honeysuckle, lemon drop, meringue and spice are followed by intense flavors of honey, caramel apple and lemon, and a long mineral finish. Best served slightly chilled, but not ice cold.

100% Grenache Blanc

This Las Tablas Estates Glenrose Vineyard 2002 has a deep red color, displays copious aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries, leather and peppery spice. In the mouth, it displays tremendous intensity, minerality, and depth, with a velvety feel on the palate and a long and elegant finish.

The 2002 Panoplie is a dense purple-red in color. It is spicy and rich, with a ripe fruit nose of raspberries and plums, along with roasted almonds and nutmeg. The complex palate is intense, layered, elegant, soft, and voluptuous. It has a wonderfully long, clean fruit finish.

The 2010 Tablas Creek Vineyard Petit Manseng is Tablas Creek’s first bottling of this traditional grape from southwest France. Petit Manseng is best known from appellation of Jurancon, where it has made admired but not widely disseminated sweet wines for centuries. Petit Manseng achieves sufficient concentration and sugar content to make naturally sweet wines without botrytis. This character was so valued that Petit Manseng is noted as the only wine used to baptize a king of France: Henry IV, the founder of the Bourbon dynasty, in his native Navarre.

The 2010 Tablas Creek Vineyard Picpoul Blanc (also known as Piquepoul or Piquepoul Blanc in France) is Tablas Creek’s fourth bottling of this traditional Southern Rhône varietal, used in Châteauneuf du Pape as a blending component, and best known from the crisp light green wines of the Pinet Region in the Coteaux de Languedoc. Literally translating to “lip stinger”, in France the grape is known for its bright acidity, its minerality, and a clean lemony flavor. We have found that in California, it maintains its bright acidity, but also develops an appealing tropical lushness.

The 2004 Rosé is rich, ripe, and full of spice and fruit. It has aromatics of sage and juniper, as well as white plum and watermelon, flavors of ripe strawberries, fresh acidity and a lingering finish. Pair it with Mediterranean cuisine, Spanish tapas, preparations with garlic and olive oil... or just enjoy it outside on a sunny day.

The 2003 Roussanne is a vibrant expression of the Roussanne grape. Aromas of pear, honeysuckle and marzipan are followed by a wine of rich texture, honey, pear and lemon flavors, bright acidity and a long minerally finish.

The 2002 Roussanne is a rich, concentrated expression from the outstanding 2002 vintage, featuring a rich nose of sweet oak, honeysuckle and rose petals, flavors of honey, toast and pear, crisp acids, and a long finish.

The 2003 Tablas Creek Vineyard Tannat is Tablas Creek's second bottling of this traditional varietal from South-West France, known principally in the Pyrenees foothills appellation of Madiran, but originally native to the Basque region. Its intense fruit, spice, and tannins produce wines capable of long aging, and it is traditionally blended with Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc.

The 2003 Vermentino shows a clean, mineral nose featuring peppered citrus and pear. Flavors of green apple and lime are heightened by refreshing acidity, good richness, no evidence of oak and a lingering finish.

The 2003 Vin de Paille has a beautiful nose of apricots and honey, with moderate sweetness and flavors of caramel, peach and nectarine balanced by refreshing acidity. Its finish turns clean and mineral, with lingering flavors of apricot.

The 2003 Vin de Paille "Quintessence" has a beautiful nose of maple syrup, caramel and ripe pears, with flavors of honey, spice and peach, good balancing acidity and an exceptionally long finish with honey, caramel and mineral notes.
