Hundred Mile Brewing Company™ (HMBC) was built on the foundation that we love clean hand crafted fresh beer. Fresh is our thing. It is such a thing, we trademarked "Fresh. It Never Gets Old™". Add quality food, signature craft cocktails mixed with laughter in a pleasing vibe and atmosphere. This is our vision of a gathering place where our guests will first show up to check us out, and then come back frequently because the way our brand makes them feel.
We are thrilled to have an experienced and award winning Head Brewer on our team. Valerie Adee (pronounced "eighty") worked at Firestone Walker as an R&D brewer in Southern CA, where she learned the craft from some of the best in the world. Our HMBC beers are flowing fast from the taps and she's working diligently to keep the new beer styles coming.
Chefs Nick Bymaster and Tylor Anderson are creating beautifully plated dishes that have earned many repeat visits from our satisfied customers. Beware...the cheese curds are simply addicting. Our team has heard multiple times..."This is THE BEST" (fill in whether it be our) Old Fashioned, Short Ribs, Hundred Mile Burger, Fried Chicken Sandwich or our Fish n Chips"...I have had in a long time. Please come and taste for yourself!
