Co-founded by Jason Brauner and Judith Hollis Jones in 2019, Buzzard’s Roost blends tradition and innovation to create a category-defining whiskey. Jason, a pioneer in whiskey bars, and Judy, a visionary brand builder, set out to create something new: whiskey that doesn’t chase trends - it sets standards. We source premium aged whiskey and elevate it through a rigorous second-aging process in our own barrels. Our American oak is seasoned for 18 months - 3X longer than the industry standard - before being toasted and charred in-house. This extra effort delivers depth, nuance, and smoothness that defies proof.
