On the northernmost side of Harbes Farm there is a boulder-strewn hill. On the surface is fine sandy loam, but underneath is a layer of rocks and silt, ideal for producing the finest vinifera on Long Island. Meticulous research of the finest vinifera clones of chardonnay and merlot resulted in a carefully chosen selection of outstanding French clones that were planted to produce the most aromatic and flavorful wine.

To our Mattituck Location: Take the LIE (495) east to exit 71. Take a left on Edwards Ave and continue North (straight) for 3.8 miles. Take a right on Sound Avenue. Continue East on Sound Ave for 10 miles.
