Winning several awards for fantastic homebrews in years past, we knew when we started this venture that we wanted him to carry us into greatness. As Head Brewmaster at 5168 Brewing, Brian aims to push further than the typical styles and challenge the palette to seek out the subtle delicacies in every beer we develop. His passion for brewing is apparent from the first sip.
