Valerie, along with her paint contracting business will be running the office and special events. The 11 acres are terraced and planted with Zinfandel, Syrah, Viognier, Mourvedre and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals. The tasting room will be open Friday Thru Sunday 11:00 to 5:00. Monday thru Thursday by appointment only at this time as we are committed to making the finest quality wines and will be spending most of our time in the vineyard and winery.

2001 Grenache
Winner of a Gold Medal at the L.A. County Fair. Medium ruby color, a peppery, Provencal herb-scented nose, soft, earthy, medium to full-bodied flavors, moderate tannin, and a rich, well-concentrated finish. The flavor is just as big and forward and an almost Bourbon-like quality, sweet caramel, smoky and warm with 14.8 percent alcoholic warmth.
2001 Vintage Port
Winner of a Bronze Medal at the 2003 Orange County Fair. Made with OLD VINE Zinfandel grapes, with a nutty, honeyed flavor and a lingering finish. Ideal after dinner, perfect beside the fire, essential to a well-stocked bar. Great with chocolate or cheese.
2002 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet exhibits firm structure and is exceptionally well balanced. Luscious black cherries, plum, currant, and wild mountain blackberries characterize this wine's inviting aromas. The flavors of strawberry, licorice, cinnamon, and chocolate are like velvet on the palate. The long lasting finish has a touch of cayenne pepper with smoky, dusty tannins.
2002 Merlot
Classic Merlot characters of plum, spice and red cherry dominate the nose with sweet vanillin oak adding a further dimension. The palate is soft and round with fine-grained tannins adding structure. Enjoyable now and over the next two to four years.
2002 Syrah
Instantly identifiable by the oodles of pepper and spice on the nose, combined with plenty of blackberries and plums. This one is packed with tannin so it will have the ability to age well. Our 2001 Vintage was the Winner of a Gold Medal, Best Red Wine and Best of Show at the L.A. County Fair.
2002 Zinfandel
Full Bodied ,dark rich style with wild berry and black cherry flavors. Toasty oak with good tannins to balance this great wine. Made with grapes from 85 year old vines from the Lopez Ranch.
Chardonnay
2002 shows the true flavor of the chardonnay grape. It has a bold flavor with a soft buttery taste with an oaky finish.
Mourvedre
Dark, opaque and dense, the big black currant fruit character is enhanced by a spicy, clove fragrance and an intriguing forest scent. Perhaps its finest feature is the incredible texture with silky tannins unfolding delicious flavors.
No Oak Chardonnay
This chardonnay is fermented in Stainless steel with no oak leaving a very fruity nose and taste. Bright, forward aromas of Stone Fruits: apple, pear, peach and apricot.
Raspberry Champagne
Winner of a Silver Medal at the Orange County Fair, Chenin Blanc grapes provide the basis for this refreshing, light, crisp sparkling wine with a hint of vine ripened raspberries. Great for that special occasion or just for enjoying.
Sauvignon Blanc
Characteristic of this varietal: aromas suggesting melon and pear, grapefruit and lemon, with prominent flavors of citrus and melon.
Tempranillo
The most pedigreed red grape of Spain, especially associated with its historic Rioja region, Tempranillo possesses a dark lush fruit that ages well. "The nose is of very ripe blackberries mingled with red and black stone fruit like plums and prunes. The dark purple wine fills the palate with a rich medley of intensely ripe fruit. Paella and other rice and grain recipes are lovely with the medium-bodied styles of Tempranillo, while the massive full-blown examples can handle grilled veal chops and rich braised beef. Lamb and other fragrant red meat dishes are also good mates.
Viognier
The aroma is that of very ripe white melon, freshly picked peaches and apricots, and ripe pears. Your palate is surprised to encounter a dry nectar offering flavors that resemble a mixture of ripe pears, peaches and apricots, sometimes with a honeyed nuance. Lush and viscous on the palate with more body than most Chardonnays, the wine’s aftertaste is not at all cloying, but fresh and vibrant, impelling you to take another sip.
White Merlot
Luminous pale pink, with nose of ripe raspberries and melon; clean, lively and off- dry on the palate, with excellent balance of medium-bodied fruit and acidity; crisp, appealing red berry finish.
