Marsanne Roussanne ~ Dalton Vineyards
This opulent blend of two southern Rhone varieties has many layers of
rich tropical mango, orange blossom honeysuckle and sweet lemon.
Barrel fermented in French Oak for six months this white wine displays
finesse and will only improve with age.

Petite Sirah ~ Sierra Foothills
This Petite Sirah is velvety and intense and displays a lavish array of flavors. Before it even reaches the taste buds the nose is enchanted with hints of dried rose petals, brown sugar and earthy aromas. This multifaceted wine strikes the palate with nuances of tobacco, sun dried plum, blueberries and fig.

Zinfandel ~ Clocksprings Vineyard Amador
A wonderful combination of ripe fruit and supple tannins, the aroma on
the nose furnishes a delicate undercurrent of fresh cedar, cracked
pepper with black tea and dark jammy raspberries. This Zinfandel is
complex but easy to savor on the palate and will pair well alongside herb-roasted chicken with dark chocolate molé sauce and will complement most Asian flavored dishes.
