We brew our cider from apples grown in the Northwest, it is naturally gluten-free, making it essentially guilt free, right? Our cider isn’t sweet enough to give you flashbacks from freshmen year of college, but just sweet enough to transport you to crisp fall days and champagne powder.
We’re brewing up many different kinds of ciders, including semi-sweet, semi-dry, blackberry, cherry, plum, ginger, gin botanical, apple pie, apricot, and hopped.
Do you like beer? Sweet! You should try our hopped cider, it’s a delightful blend of cider and the same hops you taste in your favorite IPA without that pesky gluten messing with your insides. Don’t like apples? Well… you should still give cider a try, it’s really delicious, trust us, we’ve tried a lot of it.
