Founded in 1991, Whitethorn Winery is located in a remote and rugged coastal valley in southern Humboldt County. Since our start we have worked with several great vineyards to create handcrafted vintages of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot which express both the characteristics of the vineyard, and the dedication of the maker.
