Black currant, black licorice and dark cherry flavors integrated with a hint of cedar and chocolate. Ripe and well concentrated, this velvety wine has fine layers of flavors that linger nicely into a smooth finish.

This robust and intense wine starts off with aromas of dark cherry, white pepper and red currant. Well integrated wine and barrel tannins blend perfectly with the fruit to give this wine a rich and luscious mouth feel.

Dark purple-violet color. This wine starts off with rose petals, followed by cherry, blackberry, and raspberry well integrated with the both the grape and barrel tannins giving it a full, but very approachable mouth feel.

Brilliant dark ruby red color with rich cherry, blackberry, blueberry and cassis. Well integrated with nice coffee flavors from the toasted oak. Medium to full tannins along with good acidity, it is approachable now, and should be a good candidate for bottle aging.

Dense and richly extracted with initial aromas of strawberry, cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant. finishing with mild spice and toasted oak. Full-bodied , dark ruby red with rich flavor and well-developed tannins.

The 2003 vintage Syrahtica shows strong concentration of blackberry, black currant, and licorice integrated with just a hint of plum and black pepper. Ample, but not overbearing tannins mesh with the toasted oak to round out this rich and balanced wine.

Nova Vineyards has impeccably farmed beautiful cherry, raspberry, anise and black pepper in perfect proportion to round out the finish. Gently handled in the winery to preserve the natural flavors, this wine will pair easily with a wide range of foods.

Beautiful aromas of grapefruit, banana, green apple and pear. The mouth feel has a distinct steely and mineral quality that moves nicely into a long caramel finish.

Green apples, lemons and pears blended with hazelnut and a touch of vanilla. 12 months in 1 year old French Oak Barrels. The absence of malo-lactic fermentation preserves the wines natural acidity which enables the wine to be paired with many foods.

Opaque dark red/ruby color shows off this wine’s concentration. Layers of blackberry, boysenberry, black cherries finishing with a hint of chocolate. Deeply extracted and layered, with well integrated tannins and a long, sensual finish.

Inky dark blue/red color. Dominated by blackberry and dark red cherry flavors mixed with hints of bayleaf and mint. Integrated with coffee and chocolate from the oak.

Dark blue-red color with dark cherry, dark berry, currant, and caramel flavors. Full-bodied and richly extracted with good tannins and intense fruit lead to a harmonious balance between power and finesse.

Beautiful aromas of violet and raspberries blending into ripe cherry and strawberry. With the proper subtle tannins, the lingering finish shows a hint of sweet vanilla and toasted oak.

Dark blue/red color with distinct dark cherry, blackberry, blueberry and plum flavors. Well extracted with a full, broad and intense mouthfeel finishing with a hint of toasted coffee. With great depth and strong, but not overbearing tannins, this well developed wine should continue to age and improve for many years.
