Buck Snort Porter
More of a brown Porter than a robust version. Medium brown in color with ruby highlights. Mild roastiness and a nice chocolaty quality balance out the malt character.
|
Headplant Pale Ale
Pale Ales are hands down the most popular style of all the Ales. Our Pale Ale has a beautiful light copper color yet maintains a full bodied, complex character. It has a malty profile and just enough lightly floral hops for balancing, making it a great session beer to sample again and again...and again!
|
Hellroaring ESB
Our Extra Special Bitter is deep amber in color and has a nice toasty/malty sweetness. Generous quantities of Columbus, Galena, Styrian Goldings and Willamette hops will certainly be a favorite with fans of a slightly more aggressive style.
|
Hippy Highway Oatmeal Stout
Our Oatmeal Stout is...well...black! It's chock full of six different imported English malts and 10% flaked oats that give it a thick, rich mouth feel. The Chinook and Northern Brewer hops definitely take second seat to the roasted and toasty malt profile. This is a stout lovers stout for stout lovers to love...PEACE!
|
Lone Peak IPA
Our India Pale Ale is straw/amber in color and is characterized with a higher level of alcohol and hops. Almost two pounds of hops per barrel reminds you with every sip that this is an IPA. The result is a rich, intense beer with bitterness in perfect balance with residual malty sweetness.
|
Nordic Blonde
Our lightest offering is clean and crisp with modest bitterness and aroma. Golden in color and balanced with a bit of sweetness from our imported English malts, this is a great beer for all to appreciate.
