Beardslee Public House, opening at the Village at Beardslee Crossing in Bothell this summer, will be a 10-barrel brewery featuring 12 brews on tap with seasonal rotating guest handles. Beardslee Public House will be an honest cooking restaurant, featuring locally sourced and produced food for its burgers, sausages, flat breads, house made charcuterie and other specialty menu items. All cuisine will be made in house -- the restaurant will grind its own meat, bake fresh bread and will have a charcuterie kitchen where brats and a wide variety of sausages will be made. Beardslee will also feature wines on tap from Washington producers and specialty hand-crafted cocktails with an extensive assortment of local and top-shelf spirits, including the award-winning Kur Gin and Stark Vatten Vodka from Wildwood Spirits Co.
