  “Le Terre Foss”
Our first reserve bottling, the characteristics of this wine are well pronounced. The “Le Terre Foss” shows lovely plum, cherry and strawberry bouquet that in the mid palate exhibits balance, finesse and nice length on the finish. The wine boast a structured dark ruby color as well as slightly stronger tannins which have developed through the introduction of one and two year old French oak barrels. For those with patience, this wine will continue to mature for several years, reaching its peak in four to five years. Ripe and medium bodied with hints of plums as well as figs, we couldn’t ask for a better introduction to our first “reserve” wine - “Le Terre Foss”. 150 case produced.
  Estate Bottled Pinot Noir
Showing a beautiful aroma and bouquet of earth tones, strawberries and chocolate nuances, this up-front wine is packed with dark cherries and intense blackberry fruit, that is at once both full, but well balanced and structured, with a velvety mouth feel and a medium finish. It’s a sure winner when paired with such cuisine as quail, squab, pheasant, chicken, veal, lamb, pork, and of course my all time favorite, grilled Pacific Northwest salmon!
  Estate Bottled Pinot Noir
The 2004 bottling promises a deep ruby color in addition to a fragrant bouquet of ripe strawberries, sweet cherries, loamy soil and a hint of oak. The finish is lingering and soft. This medium to full bodied, fruit dominated, spicy, rich, complex effort should drink well for five to six years.
