It is our aim for Leiper's Fork Distillery to bring back the history and heritage of small batch whiskey production to Williamson County. The distillery will craft premium spirits using mainly local ingredients and limestone filtered water to create superior spirits with a signature taste. Leiper's Fork Distillery is poised to join an emerging industry in the world of distilled spirits, known as craft distilleries. Leiper's Fork Distillery will be characterized primarily by a low volume/low impact concept of production. We are excited and honored about the prospect of bringing back a lost art and industry to a county that has always put its history and heritage at the forefront.
