Canadian Oak Chardonnay
This wine was 100% barrel fermented; 50% in Canadian oak and 50% in neutral French oak. Extended lees contact and barrel aging resulted in a full-flavoured wine bursting with tropical fruit and subtle oak complexities. Partial malolactic fermentation adds some buttery notes but the concentrated fruit flavours stand out. A fantastic wine to pair with chicken dishes and rich cream sauces.

Late harvest Muscat
This rare wine is made from our 3 varieties of Muscat. One quarter of the grapes were hand picked and air dried on mats to concentrate their flavours. The resulting wine is very floral with distinctly Muscat characteristics. A favorite of all those lucky enough to try the 2004 vintage. This year we made a little bit more but it is still the rarest of our line-up.

Merlot/Cabernet
The much anticipated follow-up to our multiple award winning 2003 vintage! This big Bordeaux blend from our vineyard was aged for 16 months in new and 1 year old French and American oak barrels. Old vines and careful farming produced this seductive wine with aromas of plum and sun-baked blackberries. The palate is full of dark fruit complexities, spicy notes, and smooth tannins. Unfined and unfiltered. Sublime with a grilled steak. Enjoyable upon release but will age gracefully if cellared.

Pinot Gris
Our Pinot Gris leads with huge citrus, melon and tangerine aromas. It is distinctly varietal on the palate with a hint of spicy notes. Rich and round with nice bright acidity, this is an easy drinking, summer sipping wine. Perfect with summer fare or enjoy on its own. 100% Stainless steel fermented. 100% certified organic grapes

Pinot Noir
This delicious wine comes from both our old and new blocks of Pinot Noir vines cropped to 2 tons per acre for flavour concentration. It is a stunning blend of black cherry and spicy aromatics with layers of complexity on the palate. It was aged for 16 months in 50% new and 50% 1 year old French oak barrels. Full, smooth and velvety, it was made for Pinot lovers. Unfined and unfiltered, it is ready to drink upon release but will age gracefully if cellared.

Pinot Noir/ Merlot Icewine
Produced from 100% Similkameen grown grapes, this exceptional icewine is made from 50% Merlot grapes and 50% Pinot Noir grapes It was crushed and pressed at temperatures ranging from -10 to -15 degrees celcius on December 15th. It was then barrel fermented in neutral French oak to add soft complexities but no tannin or oak flavours. Aromas of strawberry, honey and a host of other exotic fruits and spices come through and explode onto the palate. Incredibly sweet and sinful - this Canadian specialty is true decadence.

Red Bridge Red
A new label for us celebrating a historic covered bridge that spans the nearby Similkameen River. Made from predominately Cabernet Franc and Merlot, this wine was aged for 24 months in 2 and 3 year old French and American barrels. Lots of red fruit, oak complexities and a hint of herbal notes make this a versatile food wine. Like the Red Bridge it is named after, this noble blend shows excellent structure, bold colour, and significant length. 100% certified organic grapes.

Riesling
This lovely, complex wine comes from our 16 year old vines. It has classic Riesling characteristics of orchard fruit with hints of honey and lime. Extended lees contact produces a full mouthfeel and contributes to a long, enjoyable finish. A beautiful patio sipper that also pairs nicely with summer salads and spicy foods. Finished with some residual sugar for that increased "yum" factor.
