Krogh's Brew Pub
In 1998, Krogh’s Restaurant was officially renamed to Krogh’s Restaurant & Brew Pub when owner, Bob Fuchs, and head chef, David Carl Cooper, decided to build a state-of-the-art brewery on premises. It was then, and still is, the first and only Brew Pub in Sussex County, and we are proud of that claim-to-fame. Under the guidance of David Carl Cooper, and our assistant brewer, Bud Usinowicz, together they have been making 6 handcrafts, 1 rotating Seasonal and various Cask-Conditioned Ales.
Cask-Conditioned Ales are the latest addition to our Brew Pub. They are “living beers” served warmer than normal. Cask Ales are without the addition of CO2 (the bubbles) and without pasteurization, leaving a soft, fresh beer for your palette. Our Cask Ales are served through a beer engine, an old-fashioned serving method where beer is hand pumped into a glass. Our Cask Ales are made in limited quantities while supplies last and they tap approximately every 2 weeks. Check our website for details.
