CAYUGA WHITE
This grape was named after the CAYUGA INDIANS in upstate New York and is one of the hardiest grapes grown. This variety of grapes makes our sweet and highest alcohol content wine we offer at around 13-14%. Excellent to pair with a light meal, fruit, dessert, as well as on its own. Pour over fruit compote and freeze for a refreshing summer "slushy" anytime.

CHARDONEL
Made of Chardonel grapes - a cross of Seyval & Chardonnay grapes. This dry white wine is lighly oaked in American oak barrels. Perfect complement to poultry, pork, or seafood. Serve chilled with meal or alone.

EDELWEISS
This delicately sweet wine has an intense floral fragrant bouquet. Perfect to serve as a dessert and evening wine. Serve cold alone or with meal.

A Cabernet style, slightly sweet, fruity red wine with low tannins. Makes an excellent sipping wine with cheese, or pair with red meat and pastas.
