  Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2001 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was produced in small lots using the time honored tradition of hand punch-downs to maximize color and flavor. The wine was aged in French Oak for 22 months resulting in a well balanced wine with hints of black currant and cherry. The wine is complemented by a subtle perfume with the enticing sweetness of violets, making this a perfect wine to pair with pork or pasta dishes.
  Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep garnet color. True cassis aromas with woodsy spices in the nose. Ripe plums and currants on the palate, rounded out by the toasted sugar flavor of crème brulee, which carries through to a long, lingering finish. Serious structure contains fine tannins, appealing ripeness and fresh acidity. A satisfying, surprising Cabernet from a unique vineyard site.
  Estate Chardonnay
The 2002 Estate Chardonnay was harvested at the perfect time for optimum varietal flavor, fermented in stainless steel, than aged in French and American Oak. The resulting wine has a complex burgundy character with hints of green apple, pear and toasted hazelnut. The combination of rich flavors and sweet aromas make the wine a perfect companion to any chicken or seafood dish.
  Estate Chardonnay
Juicy pear and citrus aromas lead to a full-bodied, buttery mouthfeel. Bright flavors of pear tart, baking spices and lemon zest carry through to a fresh, clean finish. A well-made chardonnay that stays fresh and agile despite its richness.
  Estate Merlot
The 2001 Estate Merlot was produced in small lots using the time honored tradition of hand punch-downs to maximize color and flavor. The wine was aged in French and American Oak for 22 months resulting in a medium body wine with flavors of black cherry and plums. The floral bouquet and nice long finish make this a perfect compliment to any meal.
  Estate Merlot
Tasting notes: Fresh huckleberries, mulberries, licorice notes, brambly character and vanilla aromas make for a complex and inviting nose. A sweet entry of many berries and white chocolate finishes long and smooth. Well structured, with soft tannins and food-friendly acidity. Nicely balanced.
