Serious Brewing Co. is a NYS Farm Brewery / Craft Brewery located in Schoharie County. Our logo is the New York historical marker. Our brews are meant to showcase places and events in the state. Some of our planned beers are ALCO Oatmeal Milk Stout, Edison Inventor Porter, Running Red Coat Red, Schoharie burning (Wheat), and Bine of My Existence IPA.
