  1996 Sparkling Pinot Gris
The ’96 Sparkling Pinot Gris is our first sparkling wine made with this grape. It is a brut style wine made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes. It is dry and crisp leaving the palate refreshed and cleansed.
  1996 Sparkling Pinot Noir
mooth and creamy with soft flavors of nectarines and strawberries. Produced in the traditional methode champenoise.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
The vines spread their roots through sand and rock of the Eastern Washington desert seeking moisture. Their labor is intense as the sun beats down relentlessly. The grapes are small jewels, produced with great effort and concentrated in flavor. This wine embodies the elements of its creation; rich and ripe fruit flavors, powerful body and a heady aroma. Great balance lends the wine to a variety of food pairings, match for intensity.
  Chardonnay
Full of zesty and fruity flavors, our 2004 Chardonnay reflects the warm sunny weather of the Columbia Valley. A clean finish and bright acidity allow the wine to go with a variety of light to medium bodied foods: salad, seafood, chicken, or pasta.
  Clos d'Pond
A delightful blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling, our 2004 Clos d¹Pond has the most wonderful fruit aromas and flavors. A touch of sweetness really showcases the bright and fresh hints of nectarine, pear and kiwi fruit. Enjoy this wine at a crisply cool temperature alone or paired with salads, spicy pasta or cheesecake.
  Gewurtztraminer
Bright and juicy, slightly sweet but tangy with grapefruit, the 2003 Gewurztraminer is a lovely example of this variety. The inherent spiciness of this grape variety is unmistakable and a charming compliment to spicy or Asian fare. Also a well-known partner to turkey and chicken.
  Merlot
Barrel aging both French and American oak barrels added notable structure. The wine is rich with dark fruits such as plum and blackberry integrating beautifully with the oak. Hints of leather and velvety texture with a bit of chocolate linger on the smooth finish. Excellent accompaniment for lamb or roast beef. Also pairs well with medium intensity foods like grilled portabellas or lasagna.
  Pinot Gris
A beautiful vintage and a dry harvest brought us a crop of well-developed and ripe fruit. The resulting wine has a nose of peach, vanilla and lime. 78% of the fruit was estate grown in the Willamette Valley and picked at a target yield of 2 tons per acre. The fruit quality is reflected in the wine's opulent mouth feel and gorgeous fresh-fruit palate. 5% was barrel fermented in new American oak to lend the wine a bit more depth and structure. Excellent with shellfish, oysters, cheeses or cold chicken.
  Pinot Noir
91% of the 2005 Pinot Noir comes from the south Salem Hills and 9% comes from the Red Hills surrounding Dundee. The soil in these vineyards is primarily “Jory” soil, a weak volcanic ash and rock type promoting low-yielding vines. Vineyard management follows a strict regime, which are the leading factor in our high fruit quality.
  Port
Harvested early in November, the Port was made primarily from Cabernet Franc grapes coming in at over 28 Brix. The wine was aged in American oak for nearly two years and then finished with wine spirits.
  Riesling
Our 2004 Riesling is notable for its beautiful floral bouquet and aromas of peach, lime, nectarine and vanilla. A luscious fruitiness on the palate is tempered by lively acidity. With less than one percent residual sugar, this wine pairs nicely with spicy fare, hors d'oeuvres and light appetizers.
  Riesling
The off-dry style of this wine allows the ripe fruit flavors to really shine. Rich apricot and honeydew are balanced by crisp citrus notes, harmonizing through to the soft, tasty finish. Try with grilled prawns or smoked Gouda.
  Sangiovese
Sunny days in Eastern Washington supplied our winemaker with the opportunity to create a Sangiovese with distinct fruit and supple texture. Lively aromas of bright cherry and violets with a hint of toast and vanilla lead way to flavors of cherry and wild strawberry complemented by a slight spiciness and warm finish. This wine will pair well with most foods and Italian fare.
  Sunset Red
Sunset Red is a lighthearted red wine, blended by our winemaker for those seeking something just a little sweeter. The lovely black cherry color of the wine carries through the nose and on the palate. The rich fruity essence of cherries and blackberries give way to lighter notes of spice and cedar.
  Syrah
These vines bask in the hot summer sun, carrying their fruit to full, ripe maturity. The plump, sweet berries freely release their juice and dark rich wine begins. The Columbia River Valley has proven an excellent climate for the Syrah variety and this wine shows why. The wine exhibits its varietal character of jammy fruit and spice; it has unique intensity derived from the climate, and subtle oak overtones imbued through winemaking.
  Syrah, Desert Wind Vineyard
Richness and warmth emmanate from this powerful Syrah. It is big and bold, with an inky color, solid structure of tannin, and an oakey finish. Surprisingly delicate vanilla and spice on the nose, with bits of black cherry on the palate. Grown in Washington State's eastern desert, the fruit of our Syrah fully ripens and lends the wine its complexity. The big fruit quality is matched by 20 months of French oak aging. This wine will cellar well and will continue to age beautifully.
