Trium Winery

For many years the owners of three vineyards in Southern Oregon longed to see the choicest fruit of their labor bottled as wine expressing their passion for excellence—both on the vine and in the barrel. Now, with Trium’s first two releases, their dream has come true: Growers’ Cuvée, a classic Bordeaux blend, offers layers of ripe, complex fruit and shows Old World elegance and structure, while Pheasant Hill Vineyard Pinot Gris tastes of honeyed pear and displays the character of the best Alsatian wines

Growers’ Cuvée
Growers' Cuvée is a blend of 67% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 14% Cabernet Franc. The wine shows bright cherry, subtle ripe tannins, and moderate barrel toast. After tasting the Cuvée, a local winemaker praised its “Old World aroma,” “balanced mouth feel” and “hints of nutmeg.” The medium body and complex, haunting flavors make it the perfect companion for lamb, pork or duck dishes.

Trium Pheasant Hill Vineyard Pinot Gris
The 2005 Trium Pheasant Hill Vineyard Pinot Gris has layers of elegant complexity and an enticing bouquet evoking orange blossoms and crème brulée. The mouth feel is silky and the mid-palate hints of lychee nut, while the acidity balances the bright fruit and brings the wine to a lingering and pleasing finish.
