Pinkerton's Distillery

I have been brewing since I was 20 and learned early on that with a touch of patience I could have great tasting beverages at my fingertips. This has lead into a lifelong passion for cooking and brewing tasty things to eat and drink. I have always loved the thrill of brewing and have had to force myself to keep out of the brew until it was actually ready to drink. Over time, my curious nature lead me from brewing to distilling. Where I found my true passion, after graduating from Texas Tech, I felt a change in career path was in order and Pinkerton’s Distillery was born.
Since Pinkerton’s Platinum Rum has come out, I’ve seen and experienced things that I never thought I’d do. I’ve fine-tuned my skills and have created a Coconut Rum that is my favorite on the market. I’ve meet several outstanding people and have tasted many delicious cocktails that were made by mixologists and bartenders throughout Texas. It always thrills me when someone takes my rum and creates a great drink.

Directions
The Distillery is located on the east side of Hwy 87 Between 82nd and 98th Street. It’s just south of Pedro’s Tamales. The entrance to the complex is at the point where the access road of Hwy 87 converges into one lane. The entrance is between a strip shop and 806 Desert Customs truck accessory shop with a black iron fence. Follow the road to the right. It will make you turn left. Then take the first left and I am at the end of the row on the left #123.
